Oracle wanted to energize their high-performing global sales team with an upleveled incentive experience. Their previously modest trip was reimagined into an exclusive, powerful motivator and reward for the most competitive salespeople in software.

Successful salespeople can afford nice things, so an elite experience needs to provide something money can’t buy: a tennis clinic with Andre Agassi, a day of sailing with Oracle Team USA, beachside performances from Bruno Mars, Eddie Vedder and Gwen Stefani, among others.
So from 2011 to 2019, and from the Bahamas to the Hawaiian islands, Oracle’s best were treated to Michelin-rated food and beverage, bespoke evening events and a carefully curated itinerary that embraced the flavor of each destination, making Club Excellence a highly coveted brass ring.
Ultimately, business sessions were overhauled from formal company functions into inspiring and entertaining team building celebrations, infused with live entertainment, high-energy audience participation and genuine recognition.
