City-wide parades fit for champions
Golden State Warriors Celebrations
Brief
The annual NBA Championship is a global moment. After the anticipation built by the best-of-seven series, teams and fans are ready to celebrate—together. And since “it ain’t over ‘til it’s over,” the parade date isn’t set until just a few days before the floats start rolling.
Since 2015, the Golden State Warriors have trusted us to deliver four world-class celebrations for a live audience of 1M+. The Warriors and the San Francisco community hold a common goal for these high-profile events: bring together diverse supporters to share in a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Cue the confetti. Following a live NBC telecast from a stage in front of San Francisco’s iconic Ferry Building, the parade practically burst forward. In a sea of blue and yellow, players and their families took a victory ride atop two-story buses, arms wide, faces jubilant. They basked in the adoration, and it was mutual. With an unlimited number of seats in the house, the price point couldn’t have been better—this celebration was free for everyone, and they all held phones high to take epic, once-in-a-lifetime photos. Then Draymond Green jumped off his bus to grab an ice cream cone from a street vendor (yes, that really happened).
Players joined fans for high fives and selfies. Dancers, trophies, marching bands, fatheads and the SFPD. And more confetti. This was a day people will talk about for the rest of their lives.
But not everyone is a Warriors fan, so why does their celebration matter? It creates civic life. By uniting a diverse community under a shared purpose, we build trust, empathy and human connections. It’s not just producing a parade…it’s cultivating a vibrant, engaged community.
