Event strategy customized to C-level executive expectations

ServiceNow leaders are known for their relentless focus on customer relationships. The tech brand recognized that corporate events like its 2023 Knowledge Conference can deliver impactful, high-touch experiences that forge valuable connections. ServiceNow’s event strategy needed to support the brand’s quest to become the “defining enterprise software company of the 21st century.” 

This was the first time ServiceNow would be convening since 2019. Demonstrating commitment to its customer community and partners was essential. An impressive ​​85%of the Fortune 500® have used the ServiceNow platform to modernize their technology. Brand leaders prioritized creating a curated, VIP experience that would engage groups of 150–450 top leaders within the expansive 13,500-person conference audience. 

ServiceNow needed to make the Venetian Hotel Las Vegas the place to be in a city buzzing with entertainment options. Wowing an elite group of influential executives started with a winning creative strategy. Then came designing fresh, singular experiences down to every detail. Each moment captivated the audience and reflected the innovative and future-oriented ServiceNow brand.

Event design transforms existing venues into exciting destinations

Our team collaborated to design and execute exclusive spaces and elite opportunities within the larger conference setting.

  • Simultaneously produced 2unique opening receptions—400-person Leaders Exchange at Wynn’s Pavillion and an exclusive Executive Circle at the renowned Mansion at MGM Grand
  • Hosted 4 gourmet offsite dinners at chef-led hotspots
  • Transformed a 75,000 square foot hotel ballroom into bespoke multiuse spaces with floor-to-ceiling décor, curated furniture pods, custom lighting, coffee and bar areas, and private, VIP lounge space
  • Designed 2 main stages, a networking lounge and breakout spaces to offer  more than corporate conference ambiance

ServiceNow expected a deal-closing environment, and we delivered. In fact, the setting for top echelon executive teams was so attractive and accommodating that meetings during the event originally scheduled for elsewhere were relocated to take advantage of the amenities. Profitable partnerships were formed on site, with much credit given to the special spaces and exclusive experiences.
