GE Digital Leadership Conference

When GE  launched its 400-person Digital Division, we were engaged to design, produce, and manage the second annual Leadership Conference held in Phoenix, Arizona. This three-day conference focused on an audience of about 600 who were largely senior leaders.

Our client challenged us to create a high-touch environment, dynamic general session space  and produce three unique evening events at different offsite venues that embraced local flair.

The Results

Imperative that this event was executed flawlessly, as it was the first time this group would convent, Hartmann's ability to curate a comprehensive event experience was highlighted:

  • Produced an extremely challenging  general session that included 25 individual keynotes and 10 panel discussions with nearly 50 people on stage
  • The general session programming was key to the success of this particular event — it set the tone and helped to drive the attendees’ connection and enthusiasm for their new division — creating alignment and a shared vision
  • We also produced 15 videos for this event
  • Impeccable venue procurement; site surveys spanned three states in two day
  • Developed an amplified messaging strategy and curated content for all sessions
  • Designed an innovative and dynamic general session stage
  • Curated list and management of compelling guest keynote speakers
  • Negotiated rates and contracted 10+ venues in a new market for the program
  • White-glove service for the C-suite of executives as we flawlessly executed their keynote sessions
  • Comprehensive event management for welcome reception, networking and evening events
  • Complete oversight of food & beverage program
