After 20 years, San Francisco was awarded the opportunity to host the 2020 PCMA Convening Leaders Annual Conference once again. As the world's largest, most respected network of business event strategists, San Francisco Travel Association, the host city’s local convention and visitor bureau, was responsible for delivering a variety of support including the Welcome and Closing Events along with a comprehensive transportation plan.

The Results

Our scope rapidly expanded as  SF Travel recognized the need for a full-service production company to help create, design, manage and execute seamless event experiences for the large attendee base. Working alongside their team, we:

  • Conceived, curated and fulfilled a dozen customized, revenue-generating sponsorship packages for SF Travel’s most coveted partners
  • Leveraged our knowledge of the city to create three distinctly different networking events
  • Impressed the hard-to-impress international hospitality and event industry experts 
  • Closed out the conference with an “intimate” headline concert for 5,000 attendees featuring Grammy Award-winning musical act Maroon 5  
  • Overcame challenges to produce the first corporate event at San Francisco’s newest premier entertainment venue, The Chase Center
  • Met and set new standards dictated by the Port Fire Marshal, solved egress challenges, and meticulously devising intricate traffic flow plans for the conference
