Oakland A’s

For four consecutive years, Hartmann Studios has produced the Oakland A’s FanFest event at Jack London Square. This family-friendly event is geared toward children and player interactions, celebrating the special bond between fans and the team.

We were tasked with creating up-close and personal sponsorship opportunities to generate revenue for the Oakland A’s premier partners. Despite last-minute adjustments, including graphics edits and ground plan redesigns, Hartmann Studios rose to the occasion and fans experienced a world-class event.

The Results

Additionally, we:

  • Managed venue analysis, logistics, food and beverage, security and live music across multiple stages
  • Designed and produced a cohesive branding program, including light pole banners in the streets, stage graphics, fan map distribution and more
  • Developed plans for attendee wayfinding and line management
  • Put together full environmental and branding designs inclusive of event decor, a broadcast stage set, activations, a parade and sponsorship opportunities
  • Provided overall event messaging strategy and media coverage management
  • Managed player and coach logistics 
  • Managed third-party vendor management including security and risk assessment teams and temporary staffing needs
